Our Macadamia Chocolate consists of whole macadamia nuts coated in a generous layer of sweet milk chocolate with a dusting of lightly bitter cocoa powder. You can’t ring in the New Year without champagne! We have two unique varieties of champagne-infused Nama chocolate: the classic Nama Chocolate “Champagne” and one of our seasonal favorites, Nama Chocolate “Strawberry Champagne.” Both varieties combine luscious, melt-in-your-mouth milk chocolate with dry Pierre Mignon champagne, which imparts to the chocolate its subtle, floral and citrus aroma and delicate fruity finish. Nama Chocolate “Strawberry Champagne” amplifies the fruity notes of the champagne by adding a strawberry liqueur to the mix. Ripe strawberry hits your palette first, followed closely by mild and buttery milk chocolate, and just a hint of champagne lingers in the finish.
