Rules & Conditions

I. Delivery Estimate

Because the many of the chocolate requires special temperature conditions, they are shipped with dry ice. The package is then shipped out for FedEx Standard Overnight delivery.  Actual delivery dates may be sooner depending on circumstance. To be safe, order a full 7 days before your desired receipt date. Holidays that fall on weekdays will delay the delivery date appropriately.

II. Shipping 

The chocolates are shipped out via FedEx Standard overnight from Monday to Thursday and deliveries are made from Tuesday to Friday. Saturday delivery is not offered to customers due to uncertain service in specific locations. ROYCE’ will send a tracking number to track shipping to the users email address upon generating a label for the shipment. Please be ready to receive the shipment within 48 hours after receiving this tracking number.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. We ship to the 48 continental states in the United States. We do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska.


III. Dry Ice 

The chocolates will arrive frozen in a box containing dry ice. Handle dry ice with thick gloves as it can cause serious injury if touched with bare hands or skin. Do not eat or consume dry ice. To dispose extra dry ice safely, allow the dry ice to evaporate inside an open container beyond the reach of children and pets.

Please defrost the chocolate in the refrigerator for 12 hours before consumption.


IV. Refunds or Exchanges

All items in the store are perishable, therefore, all purchases will be final and non-refundable. We reserve the right to grant refunds to packages that have been lost in transit. We are not liable for incorrect order information provided by the customer, and lost/stolen deliveries once delivered. Order cancellations may only be done 24 hours before shipping. Please call us for more information.


V. Peak Seasons

Due to the high amount of orders placed over holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year, we will stop accepting orders over 100 orders for a given delivery date. We want to be able to fulfill all orders without delay.

It is strongly advised that you order your chocolates ahead of time to ensure you get your chocolate before your desired date during the holiday season.

Please do not use any of our copyrighted material without permission. We do not allow resale of our products by any unauthorized parties.
