Here at ROYCE’, we hold ourselves to a higher standard when it comes to sourcing quality ingredients and crafting quality chocolates for you to enjoy. For as much as we put into the process of making these delicious products, it would be wasted if the product wasn’t fresh by the time it made its way to you. It is for this reason that we leverage a premium delivery method, so your chocolate is as naturally fresh when it gets to your doorstep as possible. This type of premium delivery comes with an added cost, but we truly believe it’s worth it when you consider what goes into it, and how effective it is at maintaining the product’s freshness. For starters, all products are carefully packed inside a special insulated container and packed with dry ice. It’s important to remember that many of our products are perishable and require refrigeration, so the dry ice is a key component for ensuring the integrity of the product. Please use extra caution in handling the dry ice once your package arrives. After everything is carefully prepared for shipping, it is sent to the recipient's address using an expedited method to ensure it arrives as quickly (and fresh) as possible.
ROYCE' Confect USA works with a third party organization, FedEx/PeriShip, for deliveries of online orders. Therefore, we are not responsible for packages that are delayed or have been lost in transit.

In order to ensure excellent quality of the chocolates, our items are shipped via FedEx/PeriShip and with dry ice. We strongly recommend placing the order online a week before desired receipt date. Please expect shipment delays due to the busy holiday season or extreme weather conditions.

The chocolates are shipped via FedEx/PeriShip from Monday to Wednesday and deliveries are made from Wednesday to Friday. Please be advised there is no weekend delivery service. Tracking information will be sent as soon as the shipping label is created and the order has been processed and completed. Please be ready to receive the shipment within 48 hours after receiving the tracking number.
We only ship to residential and business addresses except P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. ROYCE’ Confect USA ships to the Continental United States only.
The chocolates will arrive frozen in a box containing dry ice. Handle dry ice with thick gloves as it can cause serious injury if touched with bare hands or skin. Do not eat or consume dry ice. To dispose extra dry ice safely, allow the dry ice to evaporate inside an open container beyond the reach of children and pets.
Our chocolates are frozen to guarantee freshness of the products. Please defrost the chocolates in the refrigerator for 12 hours before consumption.
ROYCE' Confect USA is not responsible for packages that have been delivered but not received, and for packages that have been received but not opened in a timely manner.
All of our confections are perishable, therefore, all purchases will be final and non-refundable. There will be no refunds nor exchanges for packages that have been lost in transit or for shipments that have been delayed due to weather-related issues or during the busy holiday season. ROYCE’ Confect USA is not liable for incorrect order information provided by the customer.
Lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered to the recipient's address by our third party delivery partner, FedEx/PeriShip, cannot be refunded nor exchanged. ROYCE' Confect USA is not responsible for online delivery packages in-transit.
Order cancellations or modifications such as change of delivery address or order quantity require a 48-hour notification. Please contact us directly to cancel or modify online orders by email at email@example.com.
Due to the high amount of online orders placed over holidays such as New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Season, we will automatically stop accepting orders for a given delivery date depending on the volume. We only want to provide excellent customer service and ensure timely delivery without expected delays.
We strongly recommend that you place your orders online ahead of time to ensure timely delivery of the package during the busy holiday season.
